Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on written instructions submits that the main proceedings against the petitioner were quashed by this Court vide Order dated 10.11.2021 in Crl.P.No.6252 of 2021. 3. In view of the submission made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the cause in the present Criminal Petition does not survives for further adjudication and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
