Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) Keeping in view the fact that, on an earlier occasion, the petitioner had approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail on a particular ground, relying upon the statement made by the co-accused, wherein the petitioner was mentioned, though his name did not find mention in the FIR, and the said anticipatory bail application had been dismissed by the learned Single Judge on 28th April, 2025, we do not find any plausible reason, as such, to 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Yes -2- entertain the present petition, given the nature of plea taken in the habeas corpus petition. 2. Counsel further submits that he does not wish to press the present petition, with liberty reserved to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law regarding his arrest in FIR No. 23 of 2025. He accordingly seeks to withdraw the present petition filed in FIR No. 23 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025, registered at Police Station Dharampur, District Solan, H.P. 3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed, with liberty as aforesaid. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of. (G.S.
