This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 501 days in representing the Second Appeal filed in SA(MD)No.SR70293 of 2024. 2. Mr.C.Murugavel, learned counsel for the petitioner inviting my attention to the affidavit in support of the application seeking condonation of delay in representation of the second appeal, states that though the judgment of the First Appellate Court was delivered on 26.04.2024, the appeal was filed with the delay of 7 days, even in September 2024. Thereafter, the bundles caught mingled with other bundles in the office and therefore, the appeal could not be represented in time. Hence, the delay. 3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also having gone through the affidavit in support the application, I am satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner.
