Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title of the bail application. The petitioners are accused in connection with Bengabad P.S. Case No. 36 of 2024. The accused persons are alleged to have entered into the house of the informant and assaulted the informant and his family members and taken away cash and other articles. So far as the petitioner No.1 is concerned, he is in custody since 08.10.2025 while the petitioner No. 2 is in custody since 07.10.2025. The allegations against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih in connection with Bengabad P.S.
