He further submits that the main accused Vijender Saini who was named in the FIR has already been enlarged on bail by the Trial Court vide order dated 29.10.2025. It is also contended that the name of the petitioner Soyal Saini, Mukesh Saini and Pankaj Saini were not mentioned in the FIR. The injuries were found to be simple and grievous in nature and not at vital part. The petitioners are in custody since long and charge-sheet has already been submitted before the Trial Court. It is also recorded by the Trial Court in the impugned order that the complainant parties and petitioners have arrived at amicable settlement, therefore, considering the aforesaid fact, these bail applications of the accused-petitioners may be allowed.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted the copy of charge-sheet. The same is taken on record.
