The present restoration application has been filed for restoring the writ petition which was dismissed on 16.12.2025 for non-compliance of the order dated 03.11.2025. [2026:RJ-JP:2010] (3 of 3) [WRES-22/2026] 2 It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertent mistake, the notices could not be filed. 3. Therefore, he may be granted two weeks’ time to file the notices. 4. Considering the same, the writ petition is restored subject to the payment of costs of Rs. 2,000/-, which shall be deposited with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority. 5. If the cost is paid and notices are filed within a period of two weeks, then the writ petition shall be restored and notices maybe issued. 6. If the same are not filed, then this order will not come into effect. 7. With the above observations, the present restoration application stands disposed of. 8.
