Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 4 submits that admitted liability would be discharged within three months from today subject to verification. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent may be subjected to interest @ 12% per annum from the date of passing bills. 4. In the wake of statement of both sides, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent to release payment to the petitioner within three months from today.
