Sukanya Baliga, learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. 2. This petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 27th October, 2025 (Annexure- G) passed by the respondent No.1. 3. Heard Sri. Sagar B.B., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. B. Sukanya Baliga, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17393 WP NO.9713 OF 2026 4. Sri. Sagar B.B., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner invited the attention of the Court to the impugned order dated 27th October, 2025 (Annexure-G) and submitted that the respondent No.1 had rejected the application made by the petitioner for permanent affiliation to the institution of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner has to furnish a Structural Integrity Certificate and Fire Safety Certificate issued by the competent authority. In this regard, learned counsel referred to the letter dated 03rd March, 2025 (Annexure-F) in respect of the compliance as to the Structural Stability Certificate and Fire Certificate. 5. Smt. B. Sukanaya Baliga, learned Additional Government Advocate sought to justify the impugned order passed by the respondents 1 and 2. 6. In the light of submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties, taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner herein had complied with the requirement as stated in the impugned order, writ petition - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17393 WP NO.9713 OF 2026 deserves to be allowed and matter be remitted to the respondent No.1 to reconsider the issue afresh. Accordingly, I pass the following: O R D E R (i) Writ Petition allowed; (ii) Order dated 27th October, 2025 (Annexure-G) passed by the respondent No.1 is hereby set-aside and matter is remitted to the respondent No.1 to reconsider the issue afresh and take decision in the light of observation made above; (iv) It is made clear that, in the event, if the respondent No.1 requires any other documents for taking decision, it is open for the respondent-Authorities to request the petitioner for furnishing the same.
