Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Sri T.V. Suman, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that respondent No.5 is interfering in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and his father by summoning the petitioner to the police station and subjecting him to threats, coercion, and harassment, despite there being no cognizable offence. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, submits that the police have never interfered in the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and his father. 5. Having regard to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government 3 Dr. YLR, J W.P.No.11700 of 2026 Dated 05.05.2026 Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere henceforth in the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and his father, without following due process of law. 6. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. _________________________ DR. Y.
