JUSTICE MANEESH SHARMA Order 15/01/2026 1. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing the order 06.11.2025 passed by the respondent No.1, whereby the application filed by the petitioner to condone the delay in filing the objection petition was dismissed. 2. During the course of arguments, upon the queries being made by this Court to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether the petitioner has filed any objection petition before the respondent No.1, the learned counsel for the petitioner after taking updated instructions from his client, informed this Court that the petitioner has not filed any objection petition, rather the [2026:RJ-JP:1761] (2 of 2) [CW-210/2026] objection petition was filed by different persons other than the petitioner. 3. Since the objection petition itself has not been filed by the petitioner, therefore, there cannot be any ground for condonation of delay in filing the objection petition at the behest of the petitioner. 4. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is wholly misconceived and is hereby dismissed. 5. All other pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of. (MANEESH SHARMA),J DEEPA-37
