T30562227 (ANNEXURE-E) - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28516 WP No. 32944 of 2024 (b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or a direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.2 to approve the verification report filed by Respondent No.3 and transfer the shares to legal claimant i.e., Petitioner as per the application vide acknowledgement No.T30562227 at the earliest (ANNEXURE-E); (c) Issue of writ of Mandamus or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.3 to transfer the shares to the petitioner as the formalities have been duly complied by the petitioner as referred in letter dated 19/01/2024 (ANNEXURE-H); (d) To pass any other Writ, Order or Direction as this Hon'ble Court might deem fit to be issued in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 2.
