1. Heard Mr. Vindheswari Prasad, learned advocate holding brief of Km. Poonam, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. representing the State and perused the record.
2. The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No. 44893 of 2022 (Reema Maurya Vs. Rahul Maurya), under Section 12 D.V. Act, Police Station Pripraich, District Gorakhpur, pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No. 14/ J.M., Gorakhpur, within stipulated time, if possible within three months.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the matter is of the year 2022 and it has not culminated to its logical conclusion.
4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection if the matter be expedited in the interest of justice.
5. In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the case expeditiously, if possible within a period of six months from the Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Km. Poonam, Samiksha Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Reema Maurya .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. And 6 Others .....Opposite Party(s)
