Criminal Revision Petition No. 959/2025 passed by this Court. 2. While considering the criminal revision petition filed after dismissal of criminal appeal no. 313/2024 on 09.05.2025 whereby the first appellate court has upheld the judgment of conviction [2026:RJ-JP:1528] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-9/2026] dated 30.05.2024 in criminal case no. 2123/2022 passed by learned Special Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act cases no.8), Jaipur Metropolitan-I was dismissed as not maintainable but a liberty is granted to the petitioner for revival in case he surrenders before the trial court or the prison authority. The order-sheet submitted by the counsel indicate that present petitioner Lokesh Poswal was arrested on 22.11.2025 and on 24.11.2025 he has been produced before the concerned judicial magistrate and now he is undergoing the sentence. 3. Having taken note of the liberty granted to the petitioner, instant S.B. Criminal Misc. Application is hereby allowed and the order dated 17.07.2025 is hereby recalled. 4. Office is directed to re-register S.B. Criminal Revision Petition no. 959/2025 and list before appropriate roster at earliest. 5. Misc. application stands disposed of.
