The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as ‘BNSS’) seeking the following reliefs: “issue a writ of certiorari, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing and setting aside the impugned Notice dated 22.09.2026 issued by Respondent No. 2 under Section 94 BNSS, insofar as it seeks any information or data pertaining to the Petitioner and his X handle “@ManishSharmaIYC”; This is a digitally signed order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a notice under Section 94 of the BNSS has been issued by the Delhi Police wherein, in the profile names, the name of the petitioner also appears along with his Twitter handle, whereas the petitioner has no such role in the entire scheme or in the fraudulent loss of money to the complainant. 4. Learned counsel for respondent No. 1, who appears on advance notice, on instructions, submits that the notice inadvertently mentions the name of the petitioner and that no action against the petitioner or his Twitter handle has been taken or is proposed to be taken. He further submits that, in fact, the Delhi Police is withdrawing the entire notice which was issued to Twitter under Section 94 of the BNSS and shall issue a fresh notice, if the need arises. 5.
