The learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for the accused. 2. The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 21.11.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.18071/2024 (S-KSRTC) [impugned order]. 3. In terms of the said order, the endorsement dated 19.11.2020 and the order dated 26.06.2024 passed by respondent No.2, were quashed insofar as respondents No.9 and 10 (arrayed in writ petition) are concerned. The learned Single Judge, found that the complainant's claim for promotion could not be denied on the ground that she did not hold the requisite qualification. 4. This Court is informed that accused have issued a fresh promotion list. However, the name of the complainant is not included in the said list. It is not readily ascertainable whether the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28086-DB CCC No. 646 of 2026 complainant has been denied the promotion on any other ground(s) which were not the subject matter of the writ petition. 5. We note that the limited import of the order dated 21.11.2025 was to hold that the Corporation is estopped from contending that the complainant does not possess a B.E., (Mechanical Engineering) for being promoted as Deputy Chief Mechanical Engineer (Class-I Senior). No other issues were considered. 6. In view of the above, we close the present complaint with liberty to the complainant to avail of the substantive remedies in respect to the promotion list, in the event, the complainant is aggrieved by the same. 7.
