Counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this writ petition, eviction order is already been passed by the concerned Tahsildar in revenue case vide order dated 12.03.2021 under Section 248 of C.G. Land Revenue Code and therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the order of eviction passed under Section 248 of C.G. Land Revenue Code. 2.
