GUNESHWAR SHARMA O R D E R 28-01-2026 [1] Present Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents. [2] Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned Government Advocate, submits that counter affidavit has already been filed. [3] Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel assisted by Md. Syed Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the applicant has filed an application being MC(WP(C)) No. 63 of 2026 for impleadment of the applicant as respondent No. 6 in WP(C) No. 682 of 2025. It is submitted that the applicant was prevented from submitting its bid due to the arbitrary actions of the authorities. [4] Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel for the petitioner, has opposed the application for impleadment. Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned Government Advocate, has also opposed the application for impleadment. However, in the interest of justice, the application is allowed. M/S Bhartia Infra Project Ltd. is impleaded as respondent No. 6 in WP(C) No. 682 of 2025. [5] Registry is directed to make necessary incorporation in the writ petition. [6] Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondent No. 6. [7] Md. Syed Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel, assisting Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 6. [8] Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel for the petitioner, undertakes to furnish a hard copy of the writ petition to the learned counsel for the newly impleaded respondent.
