Learned counsel further submits that there are two FIRs pertaining to similar offences registered against the petitioner, in which the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court have already enlarged him on bail vide S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 15658/2025 and 17137/2025. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 10.11.2025. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor opposes the submissions made by
learned counsel for the petitioner hereinabove.
4. Taking into consideration the overall facts & circumstances of the case; considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, the fact that charge-sheet has been filed in the matter and the case is triable by a Court of Magistrate as well as trial is likely to take considerable time in its conclusion, without commenting upon the merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
5. Therefore, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and the accused-petitioner, namely Sanjay S/o Satyanarayan, is ordered to be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, with the stipulation that the petitioner shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when he is called upon to do so.
6. The observation made hereinabove is only for decision of the instant bail application and would not have any impact on the trial of the case in any manner.
