DATE : 13 OCTOBER 2026 PER COURT : None present for the petitioner and for other respondents except the learned AGP. 2. Prayer (A) in the Petition reads as under :- “A] The Hon’ble High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ and thereby allow the Application dated 22.08.2017 filed by the present petitioner before the Government for seeking stay to the Judgment and Order dated 10.08.2017 passed by the learned Collector, Jalgaon in Disqualification Petition No. 3/2017.” 3. From the papers, it is seen that the petition was only for the purpose of considering the grant of interim stay to the judgment and order dated 10.08.2017 passed by the leraned Collector, Jalgaon in Disqualification Petition No. 3/2017. Now the main proceeding itself must have been decided. As it is, none has come forward for the 2026:BHC-AUG:48940-DB 2 WP / 10870 / 2017 petitioner to state the fact. Even the petitioner has lost his interest in prosecuting the writ petition. 4. Considering the above, petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. [ JITENDRA JAIN ] [ KISHORE C. SANT ] JUDGE JUDGE arp/
