The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 49/2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) and 21(b) of N.D.P.S. Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 11.190 gms of brown sugar in packets from one Ajeet Kumar. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case.Learned counsel further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.02.2026. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial. 5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41527 of 2026(2) dt.25-06-2026 2/2 for regular bail of the petitioner. 6. Considering the fact that petitioner is involved in business of narcotic drugs, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.
