Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 26.08.2026 along with copy of order dated 12.06.2026, passed by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171001, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid order dated 12.06.2026 reveals that the benefit of earned leave, without any financial benefits, has been granted to the petitioner in light of the judgment passed in CWP No.5043 of 2022, titled, Sunita Sangroli vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others. The concerned Principal and Head of Institution has credited the benefit of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 earned leave in the service book of the petitioner for the retrospective regularization period for 120 days w.e.f. 11.06.2009 to 30.06.2015, in compliance with the directions issued by this Court. 3. This Court vide judgment dated 07.01.2026, passed in CWP No.491 of 2026, titled, Dalbir Singh vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Anr. had only given a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of the judgment passed by this Court in Sunita Sangroli’s case (supra). 4. Since, the mandate contained in the aforesaid judgment has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. In case, the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order dated 12.06.2026, passed by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171001, he may take appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 5.
