3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N WRIT PETITION No.10820 OF 2013 ORDER :
1. There is no representation for the petitioner. 2.
The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.3 submits that the petitioner had earlier challenged the order of removal passed by the Disciplinary Authority and as well as the appellate order dismissing the appeal preferred before the Appellate Authority. The said writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. 3. It is also submitted that, along with the order of termination, a recovery was also ordered. The learned Standing Counsel submits that, by way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has restricted his relief for setting aside the recovery amount ordered. Since the writ petition challenging the substantive order of termination was dismissed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the recovery proceedings initiated against the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ JUSTICE HARINATH.N Dated 11.03.2026 KGM
