2. As per the communication, the writ petitioner has requested the learned advocate to take steps for withdrawal of the pending present writ petition.
3. In terms of the written instructions, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the pending contempt proceeding bearing No.CCP 21 of 2025 before the Tribunal out of which the present writ petition arises would also be futile and serve no useful purpose.
2 The contempt application being CCP 21 of 2026 is, accordingly, also disposed of.
