The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- “10.1] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to Writ/Writs, Direction/Directions quashing the impugned F.I.R. bearing No. 0019/2025 dated 27.01.2025 registered at Police Station Kusmunda, Korba, District Korba for the incident occurred on 31.12.2024 and registered on the instance of the Respondent No. 3/complainant for the offence punishable under Section 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Snahita, 2023. 10.2] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, which it deems fit and proper.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, investigation has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted before the Court concerned, as such, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents concur the said submission. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law, if aggrieved by the charge-sheet, if the matter survives.
