CORAM : HITEN S. VENEGAVKAR, J.
DATE : 14th OCTOBER, 2026 PER COURT :
1. On 06th November, 2025, this Court has categorically held that the petitioner has not appeared and has also recorded earlier conduct of the petitioner of not appearing in the matter on the previous dates. In spite of the fact there were several chances given and also last chance granted by the said
order, interim relief which was granted in favour of the petitioner was vacated. Even today, none appears for the petitioner.
2. Taking into consideration the previous order dated 06th November, 2025 and the previous absence of learned counsel for the petitioner, it transpires that the petitioner is not serious in prosecuting the present writ petition.
3. In light of above, criminal writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
