It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that they want to settle their disputes and seek some time to make payment. On behalf of the respondent-Bank, it is submitted that being aggrieved by the action taken under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, the petitioner has filed an application under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act. In view of the statutory alternative remedy being exhausted by the petitioner, there is no scope for entertaining this writ petition. WPA 10607 of 2026 stands dismissed. 2 Liberty is granted to the petitioner to take necessary steps in accordance with law before the appropriate Debts Recovery Tribunal. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all issues are left open to be decided by the concerned Debts Recovery Tribunal to act in accordance with law.
