Since the issue involved in this petition, is with regard to the requirement of production of 11-E sketch for the purpose of execution and registration of a sale deed pursuant to a decree passed in O.S.No.598/2022, after arguing the matter for sometime learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to implead Tahsildar, Bengaluru South Taluk as party to the petition. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28733 WP No. 9341 of 2022 2. Upon the oral request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Tahsildar, Bengaluru South Taluk, is made as a party. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent No.3. 4. The petitioner is at liberty to file an application before the Tahsildar, Bengaluru South Taluk-respondent No.3, seeking issuance of 11-E sketch. 5. Upon petitioner making such an application, within 30 days from today, the Tahsildar-respondent No.3 shall ensure that such a 11-E sketch is issued in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 5. Cost imposed by this Court vide order dated 05.06.2026 shall be paid to the "High Court Legal Services Committee". Accordingly, petition is disposed off. Sd/- (M.G.S.
