The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent authorities to proceed expeditiously to release the monthly pension and arrears with interest to the petitioners in a time bound manner. 3. It is submitted by the petitioners that their dues have not been paid till date. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the private respondent submits that they are taking necessary steps to clear all the dues to its employees. 5. On hearing the parties and considering the submissions made by the parties herein and the materials on record, it is directed that the respondent P.F. Authority shall take necessary steps to ensure that the dues of the petitioners are paid in accordance with law. 6. The private respondents being M/s. Pandey Enterprise shall provide all necessary documents relating to the petitioners’ claims and dues to the 2 respondent/P.F. Authorities within 30 days from the date of this order. 7. All the respondents are directed to ensure that the petitioners’ grievance is duly addressed preferably within 60 days from the date of this order. 8. WPA 10891 of 2026 stands disposed of. 9. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently. 10. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 11.
