Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs :- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a mandamus writ orders or direction to the Respondents Authorities to be considered the representation of the Petitioners in the light of WPS No. 3021/2023 of Rupesh Kumar Rajput and others Vs State of Chhattisgarh. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a mandamus writ orders or direction to the Respondents Authorities to be considered the name of the Petitioners for promotion on the post of Head Master. 10.3 Any other relief may also be granted in favour of the Petitioners as may deem fit by the Hon'ble Court as per the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner is of non promotion on the post of Headmaster. Aggrieved with 3 which, petitioner has submitted representation before Respondent authority which till date is pending consideration and therefore direction be issued to concerned respondent authority to consider and take decision on the representation of petitioner (Annexure P- 4) at the earliest within specific time frame. 3. Learned State counsel pleads that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner. 4. On due consideration of nature of grievance raised, submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed off, directing the respondent authorities/ District Education Officer, Mungeli to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
