Petitioner and private respondent no. 6 are represented by their respective learned counsels. 2. On behalf of the writ petitioner, a supplementary affidavit is filed. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioner that in paragraph 4 of the supplementary affidavit, it has been stated by the writ petitioner on oath that his grievance, as involved in the instant writ petition has been dully addressed in the website of the private respondent. It is, thus, submitted that in view of such subsequent event, the 2 instant writ petition has become infructuous and an appropriate order may be passed accordingly. 4. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 6 raised no objection. 5. In view of the discussions made hereinabove, it is ordered that W.P.A. (P) 379 of 2025 is dismissed as infructuous. 6. With the disposal of the instant writ petition, the interim order, if there be any, stands hereby disposed of. 7.
