JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In these petitions, petitioners are seeking direction to the respondent No.2-Tahsildar to consider the representation of petitioners dated 01st April, 2026 (Annexure-A) filed for restoration and continuation of revenue entries in the name of the petitioners in respect of the schedule property. 2. Heard Sri. Raghunandan S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Sri. Spoorthy Hegde N., - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:27576 WP NO.12662 OF 2026 C/W WP NO.12573 OF 2026 learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the subject land has been granted in favour of petitioners as per the Grant Order dated 08th August, 1984 passed by the respondent No.2-Tahsildar and thereafter, Saguvali Chit dated 23rd August, 1985 has been issued and name of petitioners has been entered in the revenue records. In that view of the matter, respondent No.2-Tahisildar is directed consider the representations made by the petitioners dated 01st April, 2026 (Annexure-A) in accordance with law and restore the name of petitioners in the revenue entries in respect of the subject land, after verifying the original records, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
