[2026:RJ-JP:1559] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-17095/2025] time, therefore, the bail application of the accused-petitioner may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application and contended that the petitioner and the other co- accused were caught red handedly by the police and when they were planning to commit dacoity. The petitioner is a habitual offender and against him 14 cases were registered in various police station in Rajasthan and also in Delhi, therefore, considering the above facts, the bail application of the accused- petitioner may be dismissed. 4. Heard and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the fact that the other similarly placed co- accused against whom 13 cases were registered has already been enlarged on bail by the co-ordinate Bench and the case of the petitioner is identical to the other co-accused, therefore, considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Mukesh Kumar S/o Vijay Nath, in connection with FIR No. 283/2025 registered at Police Station Pushkar, District Ajmer, shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
