H.Shanti Bhushan, learned ASGI is directed to accept notice for Respondent No.3. 3. The petitioner is before this court seeking for the following reliefs: A. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ or order, directing the Respondents No:2 and 3 to consider the application file by the Petitioner vide Annexure-C, dated: 07.04.2025 as deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. B. Direct the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to expeditiously consider/decide of the Application /representation filed for Renewal of the lease submitted by the Petitioner vide Annexure-C dated: 07.04.2025 in the interest of justice and equity. C. Allow this Writ Petition with cost and pass such other order that this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the application submitted by the petitioner on 07.04.2025 at - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:25930 WP No. 34555 of 2025 Annexure-C along with the representation has not been considered in respect of "Renewal of Lease" sought for by the petitioner. 5. Whenever any representation is submitted to a Statutory Authority or a Governmental Authority, it is required for the said Authority to consider the same and pass necessary orders, within a reasonable period of time either accepting or rejecting the request/ representation made. 6. In the present case, the representation having been made on 07.04.2025, for more than a year, it has been pending. Hence, Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the said application/ representation dated 07.04.2025 at Annexure-C within four weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:25930 WP No. 34555 of 2025 7.
