The non-compliance of the arrangements weighed in respect of the visitation rights and also that the Respondent is failing to respond to the email received from the school in regard to the behaviour of the child. 3. After some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to avail the remedies in accordance with law.
