The petitioner, an Assistant Teacher in respondent no. 7, had made an application for transfer on the ground of the medical condition of her child. 4. However, as it appears from the records, the application is not in the prescribed format and has been made merely by way of a representation in the offline mode. 5. The petitioner is granted liberty to file an application in the prescribed format before the school authorities within 20.06.2026. 6. The School will take appropriate steps in the matter to consider and forward such application if the petitioner is otherwise eligible. 7. Since the ‘Utsashree Portal’ temporarily suspended, the application will be made in the offline mode and will be considered as such by the school authority. 8.
