This bail application has been filed by the accused petitioner u/S 483 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 296/2025, registered with the Police Station, Pahari, District Deeg for offence punishable u/S 109(1) and 3(5) of B.N.S. 2023. 2. Heard. 3. Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the accused-petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor and also learned counsel for the complainant. 4. The allegation against the accused-petitioner is that of inflicting injury by a firearm of which he was not having a valid arm license during Barat procession wherein three children were sustained injury. The manner in which the offences has been committed and the fact that accused-petitioner is already facing trial of two other criminal cases of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 7.
