Hon’ble Mr. Justice Amitendra Kishore Prasad Order on Board 15/06/2026 1. By way of this petition, the petitioners has prayed for following reliefs:- “1. That the Hon'ble Court may kindly issue a writ of mandamus directing respondent No. 4 to strictly act in 4 accordance with the letter dated 28.07.2015 issued by the respondent No. 2 to register the plots to the member of the organization in the interest of justice. 2. Any other writ or direction which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may also be issued.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not challenging any particular order but is seeking a direction from this Court to respondent No. 5, to decide the representation (Annexure P-6) dated 19.2.2026 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioners seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. Their pending representation will be considered in accordance with law. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the concerned respondent No. 5 to consider/decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P/6) dated 19.2.2026 in accordance with law/rules/regulations and in an objective manner as expeditiously as possible within a 5 period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case. 7. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
