Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari and quash the proceedings initiated and pending in O.S. No.10/2019 Annexure-A pending on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Shivamogga by holding that the court of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Shivamogga lacks jurisdiction Annexure-A; b. Grant such other appropriate writ or directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and appropriate on the facts and in the circumstances of the case to meet the ends of justice. 2. The contention of the Sri.Harsha D Joshi., learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit by the KSIDC in OS No.10/2019 is not maintainable and it is for that reason that a certiorari has been being sought for to quash the proceedings in the said suit. 3. If at all the petitioner has any grievance as regards the suit not being maintainable for any particular reason, it would always be available for the petitioner - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28116 WP No. 7488 of 2024 to file necessary applications in the pending suit seeking for necessary orders. 4. Filing of a writ petition seeking for a certiorari that the Court would not have jurisdiction and the proceedings is completely misconceived and not maintainable. 5.
