Bail petition filed on behalf of the petitioners- Shubham Kumar and Titu Kumar, who are in custody in connection with Hanwara P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a) & 26/35 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda, is pressed into motion.
It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioners that although it has been said that one country made pistol and magazine was seized from these petitioners, but no seizure list appears to have been drawn. It is further submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 10.09.2025 and after investigation, charge sheet has been submitted. It is also submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. opposed the bail petition.
Under the circumstances, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
