VILLURI GVRM JAGANNADH Counsel for the Respondent(S): The Court made the following: 1. 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAVI NATH TILHARI CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO: 1422/2026 ORDER: The plaintiffs/petitioners filed O.S.No.387 of 2020 against the respondent Nos.1 to 4. The present respondent Nos.5 & 6 are also the plaintiffs. The said suit is for eviction of the defendants. The petitioners filed I.A.No.438 of 2021 for directing the respondent/ defendant No.1 to deposit the admitted rent in the suit account from January, 2019 to till date. Again the petitioners filed I.A.No.584 of 2025 for passing an order with regard to the admission made in para-20 of the written statement filed by defendant No.1. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that to the said applications, the defendants have already filed the counter affidavits. However, the application I.A.No.584 of 2025 is pending for consideration and has yet not been disposed of. 3. The present CRP has been filed for direction to the learned Court to expeditiously dispose of the application I.A.No.584 of 2025. 4. The application was filed only in the year 2025. 5. This Court does not find any reason to issue any direction to the learned Court for disposal of the said application within a specified time in an application filed recently. 6. In Sangram Sadashiv Suryavanshi V. State of Maharashtra1, the Hon’ble Apex Court referring to the Constitution Bench judgment in High 1 2024 SCC OnLine SC 3526 4 Court Bar Association, Allahabad V. State of Uttar Pradesh2, observed at paragraph No.7 as under: “In paragraph 47.3 of the the decision of a Constitution Bench of in the Case of 'High Court Bar Association,Allahabad v. State of Uttar Pradesh', this Court has held that in the ordinary course, the Constitutional Courts should refrain from fixing a time- bound schedule for the disposal of cases pending before any other Courts. Paragraph 47.3 reads thus: "47.3. Constitutional courts, in the ordinary course, should refrain from fixing a time-bound schedule for the disposal of cases pending before any other courts. Constitutional courts may issue directions for the time-bound disposal of cases only in exceptional circumstances. The issue of prioritising the disposal of cases should be best left to the decision of the courts concerned where the cases are pending.” 7. Any such direction cannot be issued as this Court does not find any exceptional circumstances. Further, it shall be open for the plaintiffs/petitioners to approach the same Court or the Court of learned Principal District Judge with the request for expeditious disposal. 8. With the aforesaid liberty, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
