Heard Mr. B. Brijesh Kishore, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. D. Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr. G. In identical circumstances, the Coordinate Bench of this Court in W. P. No. 11096 of 2020, disposed on 24.08.2020, issued a direction to the petitioner therein to submit an application to the 3rd respondent therein along with the applications of the concerned agriculturists in whose land, the sand, mud, clay etc., is going to be filled up and the 3rd respondent, on receipt of the application, shall deal with the same in line with G.O.Ms.No.50, Industries [MMC.1] Department dated 27.04.2017 and grant permission immediately to carry the sand, mud etc., in the Tipper Lorry to the concerned agricultural lands. The 3rd respondent therein shall monitor the same and ensure that the sand is not used for any other commercial purpose. 4. In view of the above direction issued by this Court, the writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.12.2025 on its own merits and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law in view of the order passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court in W.
