Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo stating that appeal in A.S. No.51 of 2015 was allowed by the learned IX Additional District Judge, West Godavari at Kovvur vide decree and judgment dated 23.01.2024. As such, no further cause survives in the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and the matter has become infructuous. 3.
