The matter has undergone two adjournments. The main prayer in the Writ Petition is to pass orders on the representations dated 23.06.2017 and 02.11.2017 for entering the names of the petitioners in Digital Revenue Records for an extent of Acs. 5.50 cents in Sy.No. 132 and Acs. 2.20 cents in Sy. Except for filing the representations, there is no endorsement, on the copies of the representations, to whom they were served. Therefore, this Court cannot direct the 3rd respondent – Tahsildar to pass orders on the same. In view of the reasons stated above, the Writ Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition dismissed. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ JUSTICE SUMATHI JAGADAM Date:11.02.2026 DSH
