The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- “for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s) /direction(s) upon the Respondent Authorities for quashing of the order dated 10.01.2025(Annexure-5), passed in M.A. No. 23/2021 whereby and whereunder, the Learned Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Ranchi had dismissed the Miscellaneous Application filed by the Petitioner for execution/enforcement of the compromise arrived at between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 3, 4 & 5 has been dismissed citing the reason that the 2026:JHHC:474 Page | 2 W.P. (C) No.7535 of 2025 Miscellaneous Application filed by the Petitioner is not maintainable. AND/OR The Petitioner further prays that after quashing the order dated 10.01.2025(Annexure-5), the Respondent No. 3, 4 & 5 may be directed to execute/enforce the compromise dated 19.12.2017 made between the Petitioner and the Respondent No. 3, 4 & 5. AND/OR The Petitioner further prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to declare any and all actions taken by the Respondent(s) subsequent to the date of execution of the aforementioned compromise agreement to be void ab initio and of no legal effect whatsoever. AND/OR The Petitioner further prays that during the pendency of the instant writ petition, the operation of O.A. No. 16/2013, filed by the Respondent No. 3, 4 & 5 be stayed.” 2. Since there is alternative and efficacious remedy available, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his further remedy in accordance with law. 3. In view of above submission, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present writ petition. 4.
