Heard Shri Tidke, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Hulke, learned APP for respondents. 2. Shri Tidke, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks challenge to the impugned Gazette Notification dated 07.05.2026. The aforesaid notification is issued under Section 4(1) and 5(1) of the MPID Act. 3. The petitioner, being aggrieved by the aforesaid Gazette Notification, has approached this Court raising a grievance that by virtue of the aforesaid notification, certain properties are wrongly mentioned in the aforesaid notification. However, we are of the considered opinion that the grievance as raised by the petitioner in the present petition can be very well raised before the learned Designated Court under Section 7 of the aforesaid Act. The aforesaid Designated Court is 2 104. WP 644.26.odt completely empowered under the statute to consider the grievance as raised by the petitioner and accordingly pass an order regarding modification or cancellation or withdrawal of any property from the aforesaid notification. 4. In view of the aforesaid, alternate and efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner. Shri Tidke, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Designated Court for availing the remedies as available in law. 5.
