2 offence under the above sections has been registered against the present applicant. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has not committed any offence and has not established any physical relation with her. He further submits that as per the statement of the victim (P.W.1), she has not supported the case of the prosecution as she clearly stated that her actual age is 19 years and has not lodged any report against the accused/applicant. He further submits that the applicant is in jail since 30.03.2026. He next submits that the completion of trial may take some time. Therefore, he prays for the grant of regular bail to the applicant. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposed the bail application. 5. The victim and her mother appeared through V.C. from the concerned DLSA and has raised no objection with regard to grant of bail to the applicant. 6. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the case diary. 7.
Taking into consideration the entire facts and circumstances of the case, particularly, the statement of the victim and further she has not raised any objection for grant of bail to the applicant and considering the fact that the applicant is in custody since 30.03.2026 and the trial is likely to take considerable time, therefore, without further commenting anything on merits of the case, I am inclined to allow the instant application. 8. Accordingly, the application is allowed and it is directed that the
3 applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
