This application is filed for condoning the delay of 551 days in filing the Review Petition challenging the judgment dt.12.09.2024 in WA No.69/2022 of the Division Bench of this Court. Admittedly, the petitioner had challenged the said order of the Division Bench in SLP (Civil) Diary No. 58887/2024 and the said SLP was dismissed on 16.06.2025 specifically recording that the impugned judgment and order of the High Court was a well-reasoned one. Even the Review Petition filed before the Supreme Court in Review Petition (Civil) No. 2474/2025 was dismissed on 28.10.2025. Therefore, the very filing of the Review Petition in this High Court is a sheer abuse of the process of law and therefore, this application as well as the Review Petition are both dismissed with cost of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the High Court Legal Services Committee within two (02) weeks.
