The present joint petition has been preferred by the complainant and accused for quashment of charge sheet No.80/2014 pending on the files of Munsiff (JMIC), Jammu on the ground that they have amicably resolved the dispute. Statements of the petitioners have been reduced into writing before the Registrar Judicial of this Court. Petitioner No.1, the complainant, at whose instance, FIR came to be registered which culminated into presentation of charge sheet has stated that he has amicably resolved all the disputes and issues with petitioner No.2, the accused and he has no objection to the quashment of charge sheet. They have been identified by their counsel. 02. In view of compromise between the petitioners and statements recorded before the Registrar Judicial, present petition is allowed and impugned charge sheet No.80/2014 is quashed. 03.
