Heard Sri. Dhananjay Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Rashmi Patel, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1.

2. The petitioner is before this Court calling in question certain orders of a non-bailable warrant issued against the petitioner on the score of his non-appearance and the proceedings in C.C.No.4/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('the IPC' for short). The allegation is chain snatching. This Court on 02.06.2026 had passed the following order:
"List the matter on 05.06.2026, in the 'fresh matters list'.
The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on 04.06.2026, which is said to be the next date of listing.
Subject to said appearance, the impugned proclamation shall remain suspended.
In the event the petitioner would not appear, it would spring back."
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on 04.06.2026, the petitioner has appeared before the Court and the warrant has stood recalled. Except the said relief, no other relief can be granted in the case at hand at this juncture owing to the allegations.
4. In the light of the proclamation and the warrant so issued being recalled by the concerned Court in terms of the

submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petition stand disposed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to knock at the doors of the appropriate fora in the event of need.
