Order 13/01/2026
1. The petitioners have filed this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.315/2025 registered at Police Station
[2026:RJ-JP:1235] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-17000/2025] Bhiwadi Phase Trithia, District Bhiwadi for offences under Sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2), 303(2) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the complainant and perused the material available on record.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that both the parties are of same family in which compromise has been arrived. The investigation is complete. Petitioners are behind the bars since 26.11.2025. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody, hence, the bail application of the petitioners may be allowed.
4.
Learned counsel for the complainant has no objection if the bail application of the petitioners is allowed as he submits that compromise has been arrived between both the parties.
5. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in the light of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners.
7. Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Deepak Kumar @ Golu S/o Jagat Singh, Jagat Singh S/o Hansraj, Anand Bhidudi S/o Vijendra Bhidudi, Mastram S/o Mansingh and Arun Kumar S/o Jagat Singh be released on
